Rondón of fish
The Creole people are distinguished in cmissed with rondón (turtle fin, fish, smoked pork), hash fish (shredded fish), stew hagle with dumpling (clam stew with meatball), fish tea (fish tea) and rice and beans with coconut (gallopinto with coconut).
