During the festivities in Buenos Aires, you cannot miss the different foods and drinks typical of the customs and traditions of the area, the most famous being the grilled tamale, the ajiaco or ayaco.
The latter is a stew made with quelite leaf, pork, rice, pineapple chunks, tomatoes and ripe banana, other traditional appetizing dishes of national reference are fried fish, nacatamal and gallo pinto.
