To get to Kukra Hill, you must board a transport unit at the bus terminal of the Mercado Mayoreo or the Iván Montenegro Market in Managua towards the municipality of El Rama, here you take another transport unit in the direction of Kukra Hill, you can also reach the municipality in water transport from the city of Bluefields, taking a boat in the direction of the municipality of Kukra Hill, these boats or pangas leave every day.
You can travel by private vehicle taking the North Pan-American Highway to Malacatoya, from there you go in the direction of El Rama and later Kukra Hill.
