This XNUMXth-century quaint and charming municipality is the cradle of intellectuals who have contributed to education in Nicaragua. It is a town devoted to the Lord of Esquipulas. Its nature is captivating and its people are industrious, devoted and kind.
San Pedro de Lóvago is located 193 kilometers from the city of Managua. It limits to the north with La Libertad and Santo Domingo, to the south with Santo Tomás and Acoyapa, to the east with Santo Tomás and to the west with Juigalpa.
It is an eminently livestock municipality.

How to reach?
To get there, you must go to the bus terminal of the El Mayoreo market, there take a bus in the direction of San Pedro de Lóvago. You can also board a bus in the direction of Santo Tomás and then in the terminal of this municipality look for one with destination to San Pedro de Lóvago.
You can travel to the municipality by private transport taking the Pan-American highway north, towards Boaco where you turn right towards the department of Chontales, you must pass through Juigalpa and the municipality of Santo Tomás, where you take the 12-kilometer detour towards the left towards San Pedro de Lóvago.
The main access roads to the municipality are paved and in good condition.
