Siuna, known as the golden city, is a municipality full of nature and culture, where its historical artisanal mining prevails, indigenous communities that keep their ancestral traditions and a friendly population, proud of its people. Siuna is also tourism, education and progress.

How to reach?
To get to the municipality of Siuna, you must board a transportation unit at the Atlántico terminal on the outskirts of Mercado El Mayoreo in Managua. Here you take the bus that goes to the municipality, the duration of the trip is 10 hours.
In addition, you can travel by private vehicle taking the North Pan-American Highway, in San Benito you make a detour to your left, heading to Boaco, you always continue straight, passing through Río Blanco, Mulukukú, until Siuna, the road is in good condition.
You can also get to the municipality by plane, if you want faster transportation, just go to the Augusto César Sandino International Airport and buy your ticket at the national airline La Costeña and in an hour it will take you to this wonderful place.
