San Marcos Parish: It is an eclectic style temple, with the presence of baroque, colonial and neoclassical elements on its façade. Its floor plan is rectangular, it was built in 1868, with 40 x 40 cm stones and gravel in the center with fermented lime that forges as if it were concrete.
Oldest house in San Marcos: It is a building built in a style typical of the colonial era, the estimated time of its construction being dated between 1880 and 1900. It is a corner building finished in a chamfer with attached pilasters at its ends.
Simple façade, covered by a plinth and topped by a small eaves. It has three secondary accesses or direct lintel doors.
It is a rectangular building with a corridor that was closed to create a new space presenting a state of average conservation. Among the many old houses that exist, it was selected by a group of experts, as the oldest in the municipality of San Marcos.
House of Culture: building built in the 90s to offer public spaces for the promotion of culture, such as: music and dance schools; art gallery and community museum where you can see different archaeological and historical objects of the municipality. It is located on the southwest side of the central park.
San Marcos Railway Station: Built during the coffee boom in 1899, it is a simple utility-style building of great historical significance. Currently renovated, preserving its original structure, it is used for cultural, educational and other activities. In this place, there is a handicraft square with eight modules, where local artisans are exhibiting their products.

Central Park: a place equipped with comfortable benches, drinking water, lights, kiosks, among others; surrounded by trees that refresh the place, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy with the family. It is located in the urban area of the municipality.
Tapayasme Fair Park: It is one of the main attractions of the urban area of San Marcos, here on Saturdays and Sundays there are fairs where local people offer their products, from typical foods, fruits, coffee and handicrafts made with recycled materials and wood; in addition to the different artistic presentations of folk groups that represent the culture of the town.

Recreational center Don Marcu's: In this site, cultural, sports, recreational and social activities are carried out, it has two rooms, a platform and a central court for more than 2,000 people. One of the peculiarities of this place is that on your tour you will be able to observe the nicknames of the most recognized and picturesque characters of the municipality, as well as names of the most famous canteens that were located in the municipality, through paintings of the place.
