The food that is part of the cultural identity of the concheños is par excellence, the casserole dough and the meals based on the pig's head.
The drink is corn chicha. In La Concepción, as in the rest of the region, you will find traditional cuisine: old Indian, nacatamales, baked goods, artisan bread, pinol, pinolillo, vigorón, corn and yoltamal.
